The M178 is a slightly more affordable version of our M108 mono silk top hair system. Introduced during the pandemic, the M178 is an injected-hair skin base toupee that is 12 mils thick that provides plenty of durability. It is also constructed with a super soft inner silk layer for comfortable wearing while it is made with invisible knots which helps provide a natural look.
